Our Quiz Night has been a success.

It was a great night and we were able to reach our $10,000 target by making $3,200 on the night. It was a very cool feeling and lots of people were involved in this success. I'll upload some photo's of the night and one of yours truly making a speech. Thanks if you are reading this and have been a sponsor and thanks if you have pledged your support. We had around 100 people come along to Concordia College on this night. Fantastic prizes, really great questions and a super Indonesian supper provided by the Indonesian church and served by our neighbours. I worked with Wendy Beardsell a friend of my mum's and she was a great mentor, and a cool encourager. I was wrapped to have Simon Watson come along and be the quiz master - he was really great. He even had his friend come along to be the scorer - thanks to them both.

Thanks everyone, I've reached target and now intend to see how much businesses and people would like to contribute so that we can take enough money to the boys home in October to buy a bus for them.. How great.

Thanks Heaps

Sam
